Tunis - Cartage - Sidi Bou Said excursion gives you an unique possibility to meet with fascinating history of Tunisia. It covers all periods of Tunisian history from ancient Punic, Roman, Arabic, Turkish to modern history. In Bardo museum you will see the richest collection of mosaics in the world. In ancient Cartage you will witness the rise and fall of two ancient civilizations Phoenician and Roman. In Sidi Bou Said beautiful white and blue town of poets and painters you will taste meant tea sitting in traditional cafe. During a walk trough old Arab town (medina) you will fill the spirit of oriental market. It could be a great possibility to do short shopping. At the end in the center of Tunis you will see the real life in the most modern Tunisian town.

Tunis - Cartage - Sidi Bou Said, is an excursion for people interested in both ancient and modern history of Tunisia. It is a perfect compliment to Sahara excursion which gives you the opportunity to see Tunisia from totally different perspective.

7:00		Departure from Sousse/Monastir Hammamet (about 8:00)	Departure from your hotel. Exact time is given on your ticket, which must be handed to the guide.
9:20		Bardo museum	Admiring the biggest world collection of Roman mosaics.
10:40		Tunis - Medina	Free shopping time in old Arab town (medina) and walking trough the center of Tunis.
12:30		Lunch	Lunch is included in price except drinks.
14:10		Cartage - Antonine Baths	Visiting remains of spectacular Roman construction.
15:00		Sidi Bou Said	Walking trough beautiful streets of blue and white town. A few view points. Drinking mint tea in one of the oldest cafe. Facultative visiting the original Arab house (additional paid 3 DT).
16:30		Way back to hotels	Arrival to hotels in Sousse/Monastir about 18:30 Hammamet about 17:30.
